In our samples we make reference to an older IAM Endpoint: iam.bluemix.net, we should use the current endpoint iam.cloud.ibm.com.

fix: Removes IAM Endpoint definition

The samples use the iam.bluemix.net endpoint for IAM Authentication, but on newer release we use
iam.cloud.ibm.com as the endpoint by default.
