Install Dependency (Linux, Mac)

make install

Activate Python Virtual Environment (load libraries)

- Create a Pool of vVET(Wrapped VET) + VTHO (between any two VIP-180 tokens)

- Calculate Pair.sol hash to be used by CREATE2

This is used when a dev tweaked the UniswapV2Pair.sol and re-compile.

Fill this value into UniswapV2Library.sol.
