- Add Dashboard CRDs from odh-deployer
- Depend on ODH manifest download for image build
- Fix for local manifests target syntax
- Add makefile target for local toolbox image to ensure correct versions of golang and operator-sdk
CRDs taken from https://github.com/red-hat-data-services/odh-deployer/tree/main/odh-dashboard/crds and integrated into bundle, enabling discoverability at the OpenShift dashboard for the installed operator
