Shows how to use an authenticator with your mvc app.

Steps to use

1. Register user account.
2. Click on user name in nav bar to manage account
3. Enable google authenticator.
4. Add account to your authenticator
5. Use authenticator to get current code and put in code text box.
6. Log Off
7. Log back in.

Notice that you have to enter the code form the authenticator to finish the login process.
