Update card_vacuum.yaml - add support for lawn mower

By adding the state 'mowing' this card could also be used for a robot lawn mower.

Additional information

This card currently supports states 'mopping' and 'cleaning'. By adding 'mowing' it is also supported by robot lawn mowers.
