Some other Shortcuts that are not well known and didn't seem to be mentioned in the above feature requests:

Alt-f10 - Opens the formatting editor:

Alt-f10 Again opens the block editor:

After opening the desired editor, you can use -> or <- to select the editor option and <enter> to select.
