Hey made an account to leave a comment to say that the towny claims are currently offset by 1 block on the server I play, i asked devs there and they said it was an issue with towny. I wanted to make sure towny devs knew so if you see this please consider the issue.

@TheDixieDragon you should file a ticket showing how to reproduce this. It is not an issue anywhere else.
