Video Caller for Salesforce

Video Caller is a powerful video calling application designed specifically for Salesforce organizations. It enables seamless and efficient communication between two users within the organization through high-quality video and audio connections.

Key Features

  • Two-User Video Calling: Users can initiate video calls and communicate with each other in real-time using the Video Caller application. It facilitates effective collaboration and enhances remote communication within the Salesforce environment.

  • Video and Audio Controls: During video calls, users have the flexibility to control their video and audio settings based on their preferences. They can easily hide their video stream or mute their audio to ensure privacy or manage interruptions.

  • WebRTC Technology: The Video Caller application utilizes WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication) technology to establish peer-to-peer video connections. This technology ensures minimal latency, resulting in smooth and uninterrupted video and audio transmission.
