Using This Repository

Edit /etc/paludis/repositories/tanvir.conf and include the following:

format = e
location = /var/db/paludis/repositories/tanvir
sync = git+https://github.com/Tanvir1337x/exheres.git
sync_options = --branch=dev

Then run cave sync tanvir.
