minor update: fix

Mention on accepted INVALID_ITEMS overpay:

• fix bot mention if a trade on the trade partner side contains any craftweapons (5e13b5a)
• add our side check (62274c0)
• more strict check before mentioning (59de6de)
• change reset location (b6a31f8)
