…col#3837)

Uses a more conventional key derivation via a request to the kernel
circuit, as opposed to the `pokodl` request. See [this
comment](https://github.com/AztecProtocol/aztec-packages/pull/3707/files#r1440578977)
for context.

The git diff here is horrible: this PR just restores the `Encrypt and
tag an outgoing message > Doing this inside an app circuit` subsection,
and deletes the `Appendix > Alternative nullifier key derivation`.
