Rudimentary release

This release supports symmetrical operations of streaming data to and from Google Cloud Storage using default application credentials. Furthermore, stream data down ("cat") allows you to automatically decompress data and use glob-like patterns to essentially treat multiple GCS objects as one big data stream (helpful for delimited formats such as ndjson, CSV, etc.).
