We merged upstream from tag hotfix-2014-10-14.

Stanford-specific changes include updates to the Help Modal and CME registration.

We also rebased our ORA2 fork off the most recent upstream release. Our release HEAD is now 10c95f7de756415d62fa1b4f3299a070c5c45c9f (tag: stanford/release/2014-10-14).
