Remove nmaludy from Senior Maintainers

Unfortunately i haven't had time to dedicate to the project. I believe it's unfair to others if my status remains as Senior Maintainer but i'm no longer able to fulfill the responsibilities. This PR represents me stepping down from that role.

I will continue to help out on the st2-puppet module, but that is the most i can dedicate to the project at this moment.

I want to thank you for all the years and effort in developing and shaping the StackStorm community and its culture. I personally learned a lot from you and appreciate all the major contributions. It's a pity to see you go.

Instead of inactive status and considering your still involvement with the Puppet modules (thanks for the release last week!), please consider taking the Contributor status or even Maintainer?:

Contributors are using and occasionally contributing back to the project, might be active in conversations or express their opinion on the project’s direction. They're not part of the TSC voting process, but appreciated for their contribution, involvement and may become Maintainers in the future depending on their effort and involvement.

Keep in mind that stackstorm always welcomes everyone, and we'll be happy to see you again, if something changes on your side later.
