Support for standard installation of Entware-ng-3x comes out-of-the-box and support for the alternative version can be enabled by:

1. Logging in to your QNAP.
2. Opening the /etc/config/qpkg.cong file.
3. Navigating to the [Entware-3x] section.
4. Setting the value of Version field to 0.99 (as opposed to 0.99alt).
5. Adding the Display_Name field and set its value to Entware-3x-alt.
6. Restarting your QNAP.
