@rcj-siteimprove, realising that if we move normal tests to Vitest or other, there will still be a hiccups with packages that integrate with test frameworks in this repo 🙈
Easiest way might be to have the top-level test do a yarn workspaces foreach --all test and each individual workspace to select the framework it wants 🤔
