Everything looks nice. I did not find any errors or layout mistakes.
Only real recommendation is to include a device of just the waveguide between the two couplers to de-embed, to use as reference. Also a symmetric MZI might be helpful for final analysis report, so you know where your 0 and 1 are.
The first device will have a FSR on 1nm (I'm sure you already know and did it purposely), and it will be at the edge of what is recommended for this course.
I sure you also know that last three MZI are the same, I guess for reproducibility purposes (or they look like that to me, and also simulation wise).
