Any other projects making use of this database should check that local or copied database versions are updated with this version.

Creating or Accessing Metadata Files

R scripts and outputs are included for 2016 and 2017 Metatranscriptomes and Metagenomes, and can be used as examples for further subsetting database/metadata.
