(Humbly tentative) This is related to #2556 . Missing version bump there, so (I reckon) Pkg won't download the new code.
Is this a possible solution?
Possibly the checklist could include a mention of version number bumps, although I think this shouldn't be something done when the pull request is opened but when it is merged to master, right?
