Motivation and Context

Build the project with the latest version of Xcode: 15.0.
It includes iOS 17 and tvOS 17.

Description

  • Update CI configuration.
  • Modernize demo project settings.

Checklist

  • The branch should be rebased onto the develop branch for whole tests with nighties.
  • The documentation has been updated (if relevant).
  • The demo has been updated (if relevant).
  • Issues are linked to the PR, if any.
