Use the most recent version of CPAN::Audit. Add CPANSA:DB at this is now the module that contains the database of advisories.

The distro CPANSA::DB is now also needed.

YAML::Tiny is required by CPAN::Audit, but is not really used.
So we don't need to include it in OTOBO.

A manual test of bin/otobo.Console.pl Dev::Code::CPANAudit looked fine. PR is merged. Closing this issue.

CPAN::Audit 20250115.001 comes without the dependency on YAML::Tiny. Let's upgrade to that version.
