Please enable the ports.grpc in the client agents.

nomad node status -verbose e43  | grep consul
consul.connect                  = true
consul.datacenter               = wi

consul.ft.namespaces            = true
consul.grpc                     = -1  <== gprc port is required for connect jobs to run.

updated consul client config to include grpc port and added README
