Add test with spice netlist for checking qucsconv

A simple test for checking qucsconv, see Qucs/qucs#487

This should fail the netlist check, after merging Qucs/qucs#488 it should pass, except maybe for some 32 vs 64 bit numerical differences (the reference results were generated on a 32 b OS)

perfect. i would like to merge this. then figure out, how to update the tests git remote in qucs.

but: it seems i do not have write permission to this repo...

@felix-salfelder you should be able to push now to qucs-test.

To you have to pull the latest for the qucs-test submodule in qucs then push it to the qucs remote.
Something like:

cd qucs-test
git checkout master
git pull
cd ..
git checkout -b update-submodule
git commit -am "Updated qucs-test submodule"
git push [remote] update-submodule
