Added UPB Link events to bridge.xml

add paddleaction to dimmers, switches

This release adds a new channel to dimmers and switches called paddleaction.

It allows openhab to know when someone physically interacts with the paddle on the switch.

An example of a use-case, is you can trigger programs to execute when someone initiates a DOF, or DFOF on a paddle, even if the light is already off.
