add sanitize_locations function and apply it #913

This change ensures that non-electric buses have coordinates and countries assigned. These are mapped from the locations.

Further, some deprecation warning are addressed.

Checklist

  • I tested my contribution locally and it seems to work fine.

This will be very useful and it seems the walrus operator has found a new friend in @FabianHofmann ;)

One bug was introduced though regarding splitting the lossy bidirectional links!
