Add calculate_nodal_supply_energy in make summary #1046

Changes proposed in this Pull Request

Add calculate nodal_supply_energy to make_summary. This is basically the same output as supply_energy but keeping the nodal information.

Ok for now. We plan to switch to n.statistics.* modules in this script soon anyway.
