move python source in examples under python/ subdir #350

maturinwe now recommend starting with Python files underneath apython/subdirectory. This is helpful when attempting to run e.g.pytestagainst a locally-installed version of the source. See PyO3/maturin#490The same problem applies here for setuptools-rust, so in this PR I propose we move all examples to use a
python/subdirectory.
