Verificar casos onde o cadastro de algum usuário possa gerar conflito com uma matrícula existente

  • Cadastro de Colaborador | simulado/gerencia/colaboradores
  • Cadastro de Professor

quando esse problema acontece, o sistema está travando completamente.
