feat: update player to rrweb 18

[pauldambra]

updates the player to rrweb 18 which should make recorded dialog's work

• patches in our error handler function (although we still never reference the errors we just don't throw them and break things)
• patches in Fix performance of splitCssText  rrweb-io/rrweb#1615
• maintains patch for fix: patch missing pause method in rrweb #21898
