Bug: Annotations not appearing in correct place on timescale

Bug description

Example pageview insight (total count) for last 90 days.

Looking at the annotations. Valentines Day is 14th Feb and that's the right date on the annotation, which was created in April. But the date on it doesn't match the scale on the Y axis.

True with other annotations on the same insight...
