I've been brainstorming a bunch of random ideas and hypothesises here too, which could add to this. It's admittedly a lot rougher than the list above, but came out of one of those midnight thought moments!

I think we're ready to start releasing funnels to some actual users to get more feedback and finishing nailing down all the improvements and bug fixes. We still have a few improvements to make, but it does look like the product is solid enough to start using. Last week we released to Beta Users.
