New Funnel Breakdowns show bars inconsistently

Bug description

When toggling some bars in a breakdown, the bars vanish inconsistently.

Please describe.
If this affects the front-end, screenshots would be of great help.

How to reproduce

1. https://app.posthog.com/insights/OWw99TsM
2. Toggle Baseline and empty string
3. See the bars vanish
