Event property "Last modified" date seems incorrect

Bug description

I ran an insight with an event property, then when it produced no results, I went to check the definition.

The last modified date showed "a few seconds ago", which I'm willing to bet is inaccurate. I'm not sure if it got triggered by me trying to run an insight with the event, or by me loading the event property page, but I don't trust what I'm seeing on this page.

How to reproduce

1. Run an insight with a property
2. Go to check the definition
