Data quality issues after creating actions, then trying to create an insight

Bug description

I used the toolbar to define some actions, but I'm not able to run insights with them as I'd expect. Data is being seen in the Data Management section, but not appearing in insights.

Here are the issues I just ran into:

Data not flowing into insights

1. Insight builder says the events are "stale", despite having just been created and also having been seen "a minute ago"

   

2. Also in above, I don't think it should say "First seen: a minute ago" when data has been calculated with auto-capture dating back further than that

3. No data appears for 3 of the 4 actions I just created. (Saved insight)

   

4. When grouping by day, today's (partial) date shows NaN, which seems like it may have something to do with breaking above?

Here are the source actions which are all showing data being calculated (and returning > 0 actions in the last 90 days:
