Missing recently created actions/insights until refreshing the app

When something new is saved to the database (examples: an action is defined, an insight is saved), this information isn't immediately available (at least in some cases).

Two recent examples:

1. I'm building an insight, realize I need to create an action, define it, then return to insight to use it, it isn't there
2. I opened the toolbar on a URL and used it to create an action. Then I wanted to view the action in Data Management, so I returned to the PostHog App window and navigated to my actions, but the new action wasn't there.

In both cases, a refresh solves it.

Obviously this isn't a great experience, and by knowing I have to use a workaround, I'm subconsciously trusting the app less.

The ideal case is to surface the data in the UI immediately. But if that's not an option, anything short of forcing me to refresh to see the new data would be a win.
