Live preview not working correctly

after launching the live preview, it keeps showing " GET/ 404 73.937 ms - 139 " in the terminal. and the browser shows nothing but "Cannot GET /". The problem still there even I change the port number.

THX, it works now!😲 However the iframe content was not showing as I expected. how can i fix it?

when opening ./dist/ui.html directly in the browser, it shows correctly , quite wired.🤔
