Slack bot

A bot created in python for Slack.com
Description:
->The bot responds to queries if asked with the phrase "I_need_help_with_coding" by providing links related to the question from stack overflow, it also accepts appropriate tags for specefic search.
->The bot also responds to "What's_the_weather_like_at" by providing weather from openweather API, the weather can be asked by providing latitude/longitude, Zip code or a complete address.
->The bots can be checked whether they are active or not by typing "Bots_respond".
