Yesterday I tested, and started the HRS dialog and ended it as well (as a faulty help). See screenshot. But after two hours I got the response that I hadn't answered, even though I ended the dialog. I don't believe I was in any other dialog

There is also an extra 4 behind Type '4' als je ... nodig hebt. 4
That last four should be removed.
