What Does This PR Do
Goes through a bunch of random things that reference bluespace and ensures they comply with Lore Team's vision for it. Also updates some descriptions and removes dead memes while I'm there.
Why It's Good For The Game
Ensuring bluespace is handled the same way everywhere it's referenced helps us keep the setting in line.
Functional descriptions are also good.
Testing
Loaded in, spawned the items in question, you know the drill.
