A few description grammar fixes

What Does This PR Do

Makes a series of grammar fixes to a lot of descriptions (but not 100%):

• Fixes the following typos: expermimental, assosciated, hihg.
• Removes unnecessary spaces.
• Adds missing punctuation at the end of the text.

Why It's Good For The Game

Eliminating bad examples is good to avoid future mistakes from players and coders.

Compiled and reviewed the files changed three five times;
