Issue Description

If you try to use a spraypaint can inhand, it pops two windows up. The window asking if you want to change color, remove cap, or change the pattern....and the window that would show up if you picked the latter.

What did you expect to happen?

To have a sane amount of windows open.

What happened instead?

Image

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

the pattern selection window should not be showing for the inhand reaction. Having two windows to close every time is annoying.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

use a spraypaint can inhand.

When did the problem start happening?

recently. My guess would be the attach chain stuff. round number it was noticed was 43161

This is an issue with the attack chain refactor, fixing it will involve refactoring the spary paint to use the new attack chain
