symlink sioyek-icon-linux to sioyek

Due to https://github.com/ahrm/sioyek/blob/460b5e3e4c293594a87e29654ea429275683a72f/resources/sioyek.desktop#L10

I had created the sioyek icon, originally. But it does not seem to work in some systems (waybar's taskbar) due to the .desktop needing sioyek-icon-linux instead of sioyek.

This fixes it.

thanks. may I ask (for science) if you use any desktop environment or is it just a window manager? if you only use WM, do you have any other icon pack installed, like Breeze?

I used Hyprland before, now i use https://github.com/YaLTeR/niri since recently. I dont have nay other icon pack installed..

do you sometimes encounter... missing icons? like a blank space where a clickable icon should be, for example. especially in Qt and GTK apps.

I dont find missing icons, no. Papirus covers everything or the app provides the icon
