Green mark - few months ago it was good Red mark - Perhaps Papirus don't have these icons
It is interesting that some of these icons are included in the Papirus pack but do not show up in the right places. I checked only those of Clementine.
Fresh installed latest KDE Neon LTS with KDE 5.8.6. Clementine from Ubuntu 16.04 ppa, but Libreoffice 5.3.2 from Fresh Libreoffice ppa.
The Dolphin network icon has been changed by me

I can't change Clementine icons on the screenshots. Some icons hardcoded (love, scrobbling, tiny-pause and tiny-start) and can't be changed. So I think the better way is to create separate icon theme such as Clementine-Custom-Icon-Sets.
Ok, I understand :P however in Libreoffice, icon marked in green, a few months ago it was good. I also verified in older and latest version Libreoffice with older Papirus pack and I confirm that. First screenshot include Clementine icon and few months ago it was good, but not now.
