qbitorrent tray icon

Hi,

On opensuse tumbleweed currently plasma 5.9.3. Installed the icon theme via script on website but noted qbitorrent still using original tray icon despite rebooting or deleting cache. Not sure why?

Hello.

KDE tray icons are part of Plasma Desktop Theme. Install arc-kde and go to System Settings → Workspace Theme → Desktop Theme to pick one of Arc themes.

I had also installed arc kde via script provided. Chosen the arc light desktop through the method described. But noted the other tray icons changed but the qbitorrent remained the same

The papirus icon was indeed used in qBittorrent 3.3.10. But not anymore in qBittorrent 3.3.11.
Maybe it's because the package for qBittorrent 3.3.11 (on Arch Linux) contains these new icon files:

/usr/share/icons/hicolor/22x22/status/qbittorrent-tray.png
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/128x128/status/qbittorrent-tray.png
...

To solve the problem:

ln -s /usr/share/icons/Papirus/22x22/panel/qbittorrent-panel.svg /usr/share/icons/Papirus/22x22/status/qbittorrent-tray.svg
ln -s /usr/share/icons/Papirus/24x24/panel/qbittorrent-panel.svg /usr/share/icons/Papirus/24x24/status/qbittorrent-tray.svg
