The Show password button has the same icon on both hide and show state.

What is the app? Please make screenshots how it looks with Breeze icon theme.

@SmartFinn it's a dialog in Plasma settings page for user management.

same issue is also present on Plasma's lock screen.

I'm on EndeavourOS Plasma 6.0.2, and I have this bug too. (bug on default kscreenlocker theme below)

Just a guess, but this bug might be because there's no password-show-off and password-show-on icon.

Examples in other themes:

Qogir

Tela circle dark

Breeze Dark
image

Papirus theme

The absence of the pertinent password-show-off / password-show-on icon likely causes Plasma to try to fall back to just the general password icon.
