wrong opacity on panel icons:
opacity=".35"
need change to:
opacity=".3"
also maybe check:
opacity="0.35"

Need to consider the option to increase the opacity to 0.35. White icons on black panels have a bad contract. Especially on TN monitors where the disabled icons become invisible:
