[Icon request] Window actions

• App Name: KWin (and possibly other window managers)
• Icon Names:
  • window-shade, window-shade-symbolic
  • window-unshade, window-unshade-symbolic
  • window-keep-above, window-keep-above-symbolic
  • window-keep-below, window-keep-below-symbolic
  • window-pin-symbolic
  • window-unpin-symbolic
• Description: When using the window management menu via a shortcut or clicking on the app icon on the titlebar in KDE Plasma and accessing the More Options submenu, icons for Shade and Keep Above/Below Others are using fallback Breeze icons as shown below:
  
  Furthermore, symbolic variants of window-pin and window-unpin are using Breeze icons, despite that Papirus already covered the non-symbolic variants of the said icons.
