Document Viewer looks strange

The icon document-viewer.svg look strange, mainly because of the eye.

@luisrguerra has a point. For comparison, the original icon for Evince which is a symlink:

I just noticed Okular (KDE document viewer) has it's own icon and is not a symlink to document-viewer, but Evince (GNOME document viewer) is.
