Tuxcut Error

It works when I switch to another icon theme.

It works when I switch to another icon theme.

Probably because the other icon theme uses PNG instead SVG icons. Anyway, papirus-icon-theme is not related to the library for rendering SVG.

@donnisnoni I'm curious, Is this the tuxcut referred to in the issue? (https://github.com/a-atalla/tuxcut) It seems we are missing an icon for that app in the icon theme.
