v0.2.8: Fix pharmcat output (#12)

• Minor fix to pharmcat output for null calls.
  Note: This will not affect pharmcat results in HiFiTargetEnrichment snakemake workflow, where it is "fixed" by a snakemake rule. This is bringing that fix into the python code
